For bars, clubs & venues

A square foot of counter.
Paid every month.

We place and service phone-charging battery stations in venues like yours — at no cost to you. Your customers rent a charged pack, stay longer, and you take a cut of every rental. Smart nightlife vending machines are coming in the near future, on the same deal.

The arrangement

No catch, and no invoice coming.

Most vending pitches ask you to buy the machine, lease it, or split the cost of stocking it. This one doesn’t. Here is the entire commercial arrangement:

$0

What it costs you

No hardware cost, no install fee, no monthly software charge, no minimum spend. The station arrives paid for.

Monthly

What you earn

A share of every rental at your venue, calculated from real card transactions and paid on a fixed schedule.

1 ft²

What we need

About a square foot of counter — or a patch of wall — near the bar, and a standard outlet. That's the whole ask.

Division of labour

Your job is the easy half.

What you do

Give it a corner.

  • Point at a spot on the counter and an outlet
  • Let our tech in to install and service it
  • Cash your monthly payout

What we do

Everything else.

  • Buy, deliver, and install the station
  • Keep every pack charged — we watch the levels remotely
  • Handle every card payment and refund
  • Fix jams, faults, and hardware issues on our dime
  • Run 21+ ID verification on anything age-restricted
  • Carry the licensing and the compliance paperwork

How it works

From handshake to first payout.

Four steps, and three of them are ours. Most venues are installed and earning within a couple of weeks of the first conversation.

  1. 1

We check the fit — before either of us commits

    Day 0

We score your address on real foot traffic, repeat-visit rate, visibility, and nearby demand. If the numbers don't support a machine at your venue, we tell you that instead of installing one that underperforms and sours the relationship.

  2. 2

You see the split, and you can counter it

    ~15 minutes

We send the agreement digitally. The revenue share is a number in it, not a mystery — and you can counter-offer before signing. Both sides e-sign, and you keep a copy with a full audit trail.

  3. 3

    We install and stock it

    Typically 1–2 weeks

Our tech does the delivery, mounting, network setup, and first load. You don't order product, front inventory, or learn a system. Nothing is billed to you at any point in this step.

  4. 4

You get paid — and you can watch it happen

    Ongoing

You get a login that shows what sold and what your cut is, updated as sales land, not once a month in an email attachment. Payouts go out by Stripe or PayPal on schedule.

Your numbers, live

You don’t have to take our word for what it sold.

Every venue gets its own login. Not a monthly PDF — a live view of what sold at your machine, for how much, and exactly what your share of it is, updating as transactions land.

  • Daily totals and item-level sales for your venue
  • Your cut calculated as it accrues, not at month end
  • Self-serve CSV export for any period you like
  • Reconciles to your statement to the cent — same records, one truth

What you never see is our cost or margin, other venues’ numbers, or any customer’s identity — the access is scoped to your machine and nothing else.

Coming in the near future

Next on the wall: nicotine & nightlife vending.

The same deal as the battery station — we place it, stock it, and service it; you take a cut — on a wall-mounted smart vending machine built for what your crowd actually buys after 10pm. 21+ product is gated by a real driver’s-license scan at the machine: no honour-system button, no typed birthday, no sale without a verified ID.

  • Wall-mounted, sized for behind or beside the bar
  • ID scan on every age-restricted sale — the machine carries the compliance, not your staff
  • Snacks, drinks, and licensed 21+ product, tuned to your venue

Straight answers

The questions every owner asks us.

What if it doesn't get used?

Then it costs you nothing — you never paid for it. We'd rather move it than leave a dead station on your counter, so we'll either re-place it where your crowd actually is or pull it out.

Can I get out of it?

Yes. There's no long lock-in, and the agreement says how to end it in plain language before you sign. We remove the machine and patch anything we mounted.

Who's liable if something goes wrong?

The placement agreement splits it in writing: claims arising from the equipment itself are ours, claims arising from your premises are yours, and each side answers for its own negligence. It's our hardware, our payment processing, and our compliance obligation — including age verification on any 21+ product, which is enforced by an ID scan at the machine, not an honour-system button.

How do I know the numbers are real?

You see the same transaction data we do for your venue. Your dashboard and your monthly statement are computed from the same records and reconcile to the cent — there's no separate spreadsheet we type numbers into.

Does my staff have to do anything?

No. It takes card and mobile payment only, so there's no cash to empty, no float to manage, and no register to reconcile. If it faults, it alerts us automatically.

What does it actually sell?

Today: phone-charger rentals — a charged battery pack your customer takes to their table and returns before they leave. Smart vending for snacks, drinks, and age-restricted product is joining the fleet in the near future; when it does, we tune the mix to your crowd and your hours.

Not a venue?

If you run machines yourself, you’re on the wrong page.

We run our own fleet on the platform you can read about here — battery rental, 21+ vending, and trading-card machines, controlled from a phone. Machine sales to operators aren’t open to the public yet; they’re coming in the near future, and the operators page is where to get on the list.

Get started

Tell us about your venue.

Send us the basics and we’ll come back within one business day with what we’d put in, what you’d earn, and an install timeline. No obligation, and no cost either way.

  • A revenue estimate for your specific address
  • The proposed split, in writing, before you commit
  • A walkthrough of the machine and your dashboard

Handed a card at your venue? Mention who you spoke with and we’ll pick up right where that conversation left off.
